If you keep making mistakes in the same topic, spend a few sessions focusing on that section. This makes it easier to understand the cause of an incorrect answer and perform more consistently in later attempts.
Topic review is especially useful after you have completed part of the full bank and can recognise your own pattern of mistakes.
